Overview

Foto Miniatur provides digital services and digital goods, including:

  • Credit Packs (one-time purchase of credits with an expiration period)
  • Subscriptions (monthly/annual plans that grant credits each billing cycle)

This policy explains when refunds are available and how to cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you believe you were charged in error or encountered a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, please contact us with your:

  • Account email
  • Order/transaction details (if available)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Billing in your account, then choose Cancel
  • Or contact us by email if you cannot access your account

Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.

Renewals and Credits

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Credits issued as part of a subscription are granted per billing cycle. Unless otherwise stated on the pricing page, subscription credits refresh each cycle and may expire at the end of that cycle.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Initiating a chargeback may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions to prevent fraud and abuse.
